Lotus Revised it an updated version of the original Lotus theme by Haya

While the original version still works with iOS 13, this version adds new icons for new apps and package managers.

This version adds:

• Icons for Zebra, Installer 5 and Sileo
• a few new icons for previously unthemed apps

It also enables the icon mask, shadows, calendar and clock icons by default. A few icons were modernized too, like Cydia, Instagram and photos.
