Please note that this does remove some multitasking functionality of the app switcher.

- Removed Page Scale as it was causing Safe Mode issues.
- Added ability to Hide the Dock (Temporarily) - Slowly swipe up from the bottom of the screen to invoke the dock when Hide Dock is enabled.
